Surrender + Trust
I know the dreaded ‘S’ word but trust me... we don’t know the how, we don’t know the when and the push, force in your life is toxic long term. Lean into the softness of your heart, trust yourself and know the universe has your back.
Feeling is the door to healing
What you resist persists, if you aren’t prepared to feel then don’t expect to heal. It’s not about running full steam into your emotions hello stressed AF NS, it’s about gently and steadily understanding yourself. Learning how to feel, slow and steady, your feelings HEAL your body, mind and soul. It is not a weakness to feel - it takes great strength and courage.
I’m a strong resilient MF!
Strength comes from doing the things you once thought you couldn’t. Strength isn’t about always being the warrior and pushing through, true strength is being gentle with yourself, being vulnerable and to feel safe in your body.
TRUE STRENGTH and resilience are mastered through the hardships of life, not when it’s all roses and butterflies.
There is a great strength in crumbling.
