Our Commitment to DEI
Charlotte Beswick was founded on Whadjuk Noongar Country.
We acknowledge the Noongar People as the traditional custodians of this land, we pay our respects and honour Elders, Past, Present and Emerging, as we well as all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
At Charlotte Beswick weā€™re on a mission to change the world for the better and we're here to serve you no matter your ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, ability or status.
Central to our mission is the belief that diversity and inclusion are catalysts for meaningful change. We believe that every business has the ability to create and contribute to that change in the direction of a more equal and compassionate world, and we are committed to playing our part and doing the work required to ensure this.
We commit to hosting and being a part of in-person, online experiences and programs where all feel safe, seen and welcomed.
Charlotte will show zero tolerance towards people who express hate speech and hateful behaviour within her online programs, social media pages or in-person events. This includes but is not limited to any bullying, name-calling, micro-aggressions or statements that are racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic.
We wish to apologise that this isnā€™t something we have always gotten right, we understand this will be a lifelong journey of unlearning and doing better.
