I've overcome so many huge life traumas and massive challenges throughout my life…

But instead of letting it define me and staying stuck in a place of overwhelm and a never-ending cycle of overthinking and self-judgement – I committed to a lifelong healing journey.

I continually invested in myself and learnt the practices, modalities and skills to create confidence, freedom, and peace within myself….
