It’s not all love, light and angels shitting fairy dust, despite what you see online.
Healing is a lifelong journey
➡️ It’s being willing to look at and reflect on yourself and your life and take radical self-responsibility for what is/isn’t working and commit to changing it
➡️ It’s being courageous AF and leaning into the edges even when you don’t want to, even when you’re afraid and your Ego is taking a hit.
➡️ It’s getting comfortable with discomfort and making friends with the dark so you can stand more in the light.
➡️ It’s being willing to evolve and let go, in knowing that you’ll be letting go of versions of yourself, old identities, ways of being, people, places, environments and even jobs/careers.
➡️ It’s a remembering, unlearning the conditioning you’ve taken on and relearning who you really are at the core.
➡️ It’s a continual commitment to yourself, not a one and done, where you keep peeling back the layers, where you show up for yourself and you keep evolving
➡️ It can be isolating and you may feel disconnected from others especially at first and in the messy middle where you feel no one gets it. Until you find your people!
➡️ It requires so much Trust in yourself and in the Universe.
➡️ It’s not about being perfect... it’s about finding peace throughout the journey of life.
➡️ You shouldn’t always be doing the work or always learning lessons, it’s about LIVING LIFE FULLY as YOUR BEST SELF.
It’s Deeply Painful + Uncomfortable, Hard and Messy AF at times but it also gets to be so light and fun too and through it all...
